How you will make an impact

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Success Manager who can own and grow a portfolio of mid-size acquisition partners across multiple verticals (Financial Services apps, Employer Wallets and Marketplaces, Auto Related Companies). This role goes beyond relationship management—you will operate with a performance marketing mindset, driving partner revenue, optimizing conversion funnels, and identifying scalable growth opportunities.

You will own partnerships from implementation through ongoing optimization, acting as both a strategic advisor and performance operator to ensure partners deliver strong, sustainable results, and achieve their goals.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Launching New Partners
  • Own partner onboarding and implementation
  • Partner closely with Business Development to ensure a seamless transition from deal close through onboarding, aligning on partner goals, commercial structure, and KPIs established during the sales process
  • Partner with internal technical support resources to ensure a successful site implementation, tracking, reporting, and overall partner readiness from day one

Ongoing management

  • Own the performance of your partner portfolio, including key metrics such as conversion rate, traffic quality, revenue, and ROI
  • Maintain a strong understanding of each partner’s business model, goals, and full opportunity size
  • Analyze partner performance and trends to identify opportunities and drive optimization strategies across the funnel
  • Act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, leveraging Insurify products, industry trends, and best practices to proactively identify and drive growth opportunities across your partner portfolio
  • Lead regular partner checkpoints and business reviews, clearly communicating performance, insights, and next steps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing) to drive partner initiatives and advocate for resources needed to scale

Who you are

  • 2–5 years of experience in acquisition partnerships, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing in a B2C environment (insurtech/fintech preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and performance metrics to derive insights. SQL experience is a plus.
  • Highly self-driven and comfortable operating independently, prioritizing your time based on opportunities with the biggest impact
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Travel 2-3 times per year for team events, conferences and team events
  • Hybrid role with in-office requirements of Tuesday - Thursday in our Cambridge headquarters

Insurify is committed to offering a fair, competitive, and transparent compensation program that supports our mission to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Our compensation philosophy is guided by several factors including a candidate’s relevant experience, education/training, job-related skills, and location.

In addition to the base salary our total compensation package includes health coverage, retirement contributions, and additional wellbeing benefits. Some positions may be eligible for company equity.

Below is the base compensation range for US locations:

$125,000-$145,000
