What you'll do:

  • Assist with capacity planning, operational improvements, and product enhancement recommendations by conducting time studies and observations of our in-airport operations
  • Use data analytics and industrial engineering principles to identify and implement process and efficiency improvements
  • Present recommendations and findings to leadership across the organization while ensuring effective communication of analytical information to non-technical audiences
  • Build relationships across a variety of cross-functional teams such as Airport Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Member Insights, Member Care, and Marketing

Who you are:

  • You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and graduating anytime between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027
  • Prior work or academic experience in an analytical problem solving or process improvement role. Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma is a plus
  • Indefatigability with continuous improvement mindset and proven ability and willingness to learn new applications, tools, and techniques
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with statistics and analytics tool (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Experience and/or interest in capacity analysis, conducting time studies, and data collection
  • Using data, observations, analytical thinking, and curiosity to help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the member experience
  • Communicating insights thoughtfully and clearly to teammates and partners with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Bringing a strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

The hourly pay for this role is $25 per hour.
