The ideal candidate brings a forward‑looking mindset, strong analytical and technical skills, and a passion for leveraging innovation to solve complex business problems.
This role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a high‑visibility, high‑impact environment and wants to influence how a client‑facing organization evolves in an increasingly data‑ and AI‑driven industry.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Analytics, Dashboards & Insights- Own, enhance, and manage executive‑ready dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) that track pipeline health, client activity, productivity, and strategic initiatives.

- Leverage existing AI platforms and resources to streamline manual processes, enhance analysis, and support team execution.
- Support training, enablement, and best‑practice sharing to help Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and leaders effectively incorporate AI into their day‑to‑day work.
- Stay informed on emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical, compliant use cases relevant to asset management and client engagement.
- Strategic Initiatives & Operational Excellence
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and priority projects across the BSD team.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions that enable CPMs to focus on growth, clients, and revenue‑driving activities.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination to align processes, tools, and priorities.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner and advocate for the CPM organization.
- Manage and track team technology and data‑related spend, ensuring thoughtful and efficient use of resources.
- Build strong working relationships across technology, analytics, operations, and business partners.
- Help ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience through disciplined processes and scalable solutions.
Requirements of the role:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred); MBA or CFA a plus.
- 2–7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or a related analytical/operational role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, with demonstrated experience owning and enhancing dashboards.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to synthesize and communicate insights effectively.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI tools, automation, or advanced analytics applied to business problems.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and a desire to build scalable solutions.
