Strategic Consultant

We are looking for a Strategic Consultant to work on our AI products This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and finance, driving initiatives that move the business forward. You will analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and shape high-impact decisions that directly influence growth, engagement, and revenue.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, owning strategic problems end-to-end and helping the team make better, faster, more informed decisions. This is a chance to meaningfully shape the product’s direction in a company that values speed, ownership, and clarity of thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives to grow our AI Social Discovery product to millions of users;
• Analyze complex data sets (marketing, product, financial, and payment) to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations;
• Build and validate financial and business models to support decision-making and investment planning;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product and business strategy;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, marketing ROI, and customer experience.;
• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Define and monitor KPIs to track strategic outcomes and business impact.

Hard Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Big4, IB, PE, VC, or consulting/investment roles;
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with financial modeling and interpreting key business metrics;
• Advanced level of English.

Would be a plus:

• Basic understanding of key product metrics for mobile applications (such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, LTV).;
• Experience in using data analysis tools (such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI);
• Understanding the capabilities and limitations of major mobile intelligence services (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, App Annie, etc.);
• Experience with popular analytics tools for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, etc.).
