Responsibilities
- 1.Independently conduct industry research, competitive analysis, market trend evaluation, and data modeling to provide actionable strategic insights.
- 2.Support the formulation and execution of internal projects and strategic initiatives, such as business optimization, market expansion, and product strategy analysis.
- 3.Compile and present analysis reports, strategy memos, and visual materials, ensuring accurate and clear communication.
- 4.Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to ensure recommendations are actionable.
- 5.Handle sensitive information with high discretion and professional integrity.
- 6.Travel domestically or internationally when necessary to support industry research, strategic analysis, and project implementation.
Qualifications
- 1.1–3 years of experience in industry analysis, market research, corporate strategy, or management consulting, preferably in tech, software, or internet companies.
- 2.Proven ability to independently conduct industry research, market data analysis, and business modeling to generate actionable insights.
- 3.Familiarity with corporate operations, strategic analysis methods, and industry trend research, with the ability to drive cross-functional improvements.
- 4.Excellent communication, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with management and client teams.
- 5.Project management skills to handle multiple analytical projects simultaneously.
- 6.Highly execution-driven and adaptable, able to remain agile and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- 7.Fluent in English (primary working language) with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
- 8.Willing to work flexibly across time zones to support collaboration between U.S. and China teams.
- 9.B1/B2 visa holders or candidates with U.S. travel experience preferred.
