Join our hypergrowth Series C startup, a leader in democratizing coaching globally, as a Strategic Knowledge & Automation Intern within the CEO's Office.
This unique internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to contribute directly to shaping company strategy and driving transformative initiatives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff/Head of the CEO's Office, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee effectiveness, boosting productivity, and enhancing the overall employee experience through strategic knowledge management and cutting-edge AI automation.

Work pattern: Hybrid, min 2 days per week in the office.
Contract type: Full-time for 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Knowledge Management:
-
Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, aligning with organizational needs and available resources.

Contribute to the design and construction of a robust, fit-for-purpose knowledge management system.

Ensure the corporate content within the knowledge management system is consistently accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the accuracy, currency, and accessibility of corporate information.

Evaluate and support the implementation of relevant AI integrations and tools to optimize knowledge management processes.

Develop training and change management materials to drive adoption.

AI Automation:
-
Proactively explore and assess the AI landscape for solutions that enhance employee productivity. Assess ROI, develop business cases and decision memos to drive decision-making and innovation.

Continuously evaluate how to leverage Gemini releases and other emerging AI technologies into employees’ daily workflows.

Develop training and change management materials to drive adoption.

As needed, drive the implementation of relevant integrations and tools.

Strategic Support:

Provide ad hoc support to the CEO's Office, contributing to various strategic projects and initiatives.

Assist in research and analysis to support strategic decision making.

What we look for:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Information Science/Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines).

Strong interest in and understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.

Demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and its potential to transform business operations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Familiarity with AI tools (such as Gemini) and knowledge management platforms (such as Confluence) is a plus.
