Job Summary
Responsible for defining, designing, and driving the next generation of Securities Lending operating models, workflows, technology capabilities, automation, and data solutions to enable scalable growth, improve client outcomes, and reduce operational risk. Acts as a strategic partner across Operations, Technology, Product, and Industry stakeholders to shape the future state of Securities Lending. Serves as the "forward-looking architect" for Securities Lending Operations, combining deep industry expertise, strategic process design, emerging technology awareness, and transformation leadership to shape how work will be performed in the future.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities
Strategic Process & Operating Model Leadership- Develop and maintain a multi-year operational improvement roadmap aligned to Securities Lending Operations business objectives
- Design future-state workflows and operating models that improve efficiency, control effectiveness, and reduce risk
- Establish clear process ownership, governance, and performance measurement frameworks
- Lead local and global project teams from ideation through implementation, ensuring delivery of prioritized outcomes
- Influence and gain alignment across IMG, Technology, Risk, and Operations stakeholders
- Drive adoption of new capabilities through effective change management and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor industry, regulatory, fintech, and market structure developments to identify opportunities and risks
- Benchmark operational capabilities against industry best practices and leading market participants
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate innovative solutions and emerging operating models
- Identify, evaluate, and champion opportunities for automation, AI, advanced analytics, and workflow optimization
