Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Strategic Intelligence Analyst to join our team!

In this role you will get to perform integrated, multidisciplinary assessments that assess survivability of critical U.S. and allied national/theater mission systems, networks, architectures, infrastructures, and assets.

Blue Team assessments teams aim to ensure continuity to DoD missions and critical infrastructure by assessing the vulnerabilities and survivability of these infrastructure against a broad spectrum of threats including accidents, natural disasters, technological failure, information system attacks, terrorists, radio frequency weapons (RFW), sabotage, and weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

This challenging and exciting work will provide you the opportunity to travel CONUS and OCONUS to the most important DoD defense systems and critical infrastructure to ensure the survivability of any threat or attack. This is an exciting opportunity to experience travelling to destinations around the world and protecting mission critical infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Utilizes expertise in one of the following areas: intelligence, strategic planning, system operations, or command and control architecture.
  • Serves as action-officer working directly with Chief, DTRA NE-MA Blue Assessment Division to assist in the integration of DoD mission assurance assessment policies and goals into DTRA and customer strategic campaign and Operation Plan (OPLAN) objectives

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor Degree or in lieu of a degree, commensurate operational experience may be substituted.
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Expertise in DoD Joint Command level strategic or campaign planning development and process
  • Experience in Joint or higher OPLAN or coalition campaign development and writing
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%
  • Must have a Valid US Passport
  • Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
     

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • An understanding of DoD Strategic telecommunications, National level systems, and architecture assets and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of peer subject matter areas: cyberspace operations, cyber transport, adversarial operations, utilities, structural protection and response, weapons of mass destruction, emergency response, surveillance operations, electromagnetic protection.
  • O-5 level J5 experience at a major Joint Command.

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
