As a Strategic Growth Lead – Hospitality Vertical within Honeywell’s Building Automation (BA) business, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth across the hospitality vertical in ASEAN & East Asia.

This role plays a pivotal part in expanding Honeywell’s existing $30Mn hospitality footprint by developing vertical strategies, generating pipeline, and establishing high-value partnerships with key industry stakeholders

Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to position Honeywell’s integrated building solutions and achieve sustained market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute vertical-specific growth strategies
  • Drive demand generation initiatives to achieve 4X pipeline growth
  • Identify new opportunities across hotel developments and refurbishments
  • Leverage market intelligence and analytics to uncover growth opportunities

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders:
  • Hotel chains, developers, and operators
  • Consultants, architects, and MEP designers
  • Lead specification selling at early project stages
  • Strengthen partnerships with system integrators and channel partners

Commercial Execution

  • Support pursuit and conversion of large-scale, multi-country deals
  • Expand cross-selling of Honeywell’s BA portfolio
  • Contribute to revenue growth and increased market share

Market Leadership

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Position Honeywell as a preferred partner in smart hospitality solutions
  • Translate customer insights into product and go-to-market improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or vertical growth
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and pipeline expansion
  • Experience in multi-country or regional roles across ASEAN

Strong knowledge of:

  • Building automation systems
  • Hospitality solutions ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality-focused roles within:
  • Building technologies
  • System integrators
  • Engineering consultancies
  • Established network with regional hotel chains and key stakeholders
  • Expertise in solution selling, specification selling, and channel management
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex deal cycles
