Job Summary:
We are a US-based healthcare transportation company committed to delivering accessible, reliable, and compassionate Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. As we navigate an exciting phase of strategic expansion and transformation, we are seeking high-caliber, senior-level consultants—preferably ex-McKinsey, BCG, Bain (MBB) or professionals with comparable top-tier consulting backgrounds—to join our leadership circle as a Strategic Growth Consultant.

- Work Schedule: US Hours (EST)

- Salary Range: Compensation is negotiable, with a baseline of USD 2,000 per month

Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent strategy consulting firms.
- Strong exposure to growth strategy, operations, or healthcare consulting preferred.
- Proven track record of driving successful strategic outcomes in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and across time zones.
- Based in the Philippines and eligible for remote work.
- Experience with the US market or healthcare ecosystem is a strong plus.
