The objective of the Strategic Finance team is to accelerate the growth of Printify by identifying and implementing new opportunities. We partner with product and operational teams to improve the profitability and scalability of the business. As a member of this team, you will assist in driving high-impact initiatives.

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the company’s financial success by providing data-driven insights which are supporting strategic decisions. From data investigation to building models and dashboards - you will work closely with Growth and Supply pillars within the team as well as cross-functional teams to develop financial models, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide data that guide business planning.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes. Analyse financial data and trends, identify key insights, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance

• Track KPIs, unit economics, and business drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders

• Collaborate with Data/BI teams to ensure accuracy of financial and operational metrics

• Enhance financial tools, automate recurring reporting where possible to free up time for strategic analysis

• Support projects and ad-hoc tasks that require deep financial and business understanding
   

• 2-3 years experience as a finance data analyst

• Strong SQL skills and recent working experience

• Working experience with BI tools, dashboard creation (PowerBi, Looker)

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to build visuals and datasets, clearly articulate data analysis to a non-financial audience

• You can work independently, gathering requirements and developing data with minimal direction, while being a proactive team player with a strong curiosity to investigate and uncover insights
