Capchase is looking for a high-performing Strategic Finance Leader to serve in our Finance organization and take end-to-end ownership of our most critical strategic and financial initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high impact role at a category-defining fintech, working side-by-side with founders and the executive team to help shape the trajectory of the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Strategic Planning: Lead the financial planning processes including the annual budget, long-term forecasts, and scenario modeling.

  • Shape Company Strategy: Partner with senior leadership on pricing, new product opportunities, M&A, and growth strategies.

  • Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making: Build models, dashboards, and reporting that surface the right KPIs to guide leadership decisions.

  • Create Executive Outputs: Lead the development of materials for the Board, investors, and company-wide reviews.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Capital Markets to bring a financial lens to strategic decisions.

  • Operational Excellence: Build scalable models, reporting infrastructure, and processes that enable the finance team to lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For
  • 4-6+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or similar roles

  • F.I.G., lending, or technology experience is a strong plus

  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; Experience with BI tools

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems

  • Outstanding communication skills, with polish to present to C-level and investors

  • Resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
