As a Senior Associate on the Strategic Business Operations Execution Team, you will be instrumental in driving daily initiatives and managing the execution of the organization’s strategic priorities. You will act as a liaison with staff, assist in decision-making, and manage cross-functional programs. This role requires a creative thinker with superior judgment and executive presence, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders, questioning the status quo and taking initiative to drive strategic solutions. Your ability to navigate organizational complexities, being comfortable with ambiguity, and resolve challenges will be key to your success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and independently own and execute initiatives within the Data & Analytics Organization from inception to completion.
- Apply structured problem-solving skills to address top strategic priorities.
- Facilitate working groups and brainstorming sessions to support leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, driving implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with team members across LOBs, central teams, and corporate functions.
- Prepare executive communication materials and present project analyses to senior executives.
- Havin a controls mindset to ensure compliance with approved risk and controls processes.
- Assist in driving day-to-day problem solving to facilitate recommendations and push the team’s agenda.
- Utilize organization and planning expertise to prioritize tasks and resolve challenges.

- Bachelors Degree in Science and 3+ years of experience in a business, analytics, or operations-related function.
- Experience implementing workflow tools, setting and measuring organizational OKRs, assessing productivity, and applying Lean-Agile frameworks to manage a book of work.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence business partners.
