Position Summary: 

The Strategic Events Lead is the orchestrator behind Radiance, our annual client conference. This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional project management skills and hands-on operational ownership. You’ll oversee the event lifecycle, managing complex logistics, vendor and venue partnerships, contract negotiations, and budgets, while collaborating cross-functionally to bring the strategic vision to life. 

Your Day-to-Day:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all operational aspects of the conference, including venue selection, setup, catering, A/V, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure contracts and manage deliverables.
  • Manage on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
  • Coordinate registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align logistics with content and promotional activities.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or marketing.
  • Preferred experience in managing large-scale conferences or events.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and end-to-end event logistics, from planning through on-site execution.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
