Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Strategic Engagement lead with strong Professional Services and Healthcare Industry expertise to manage strategic initiatives and help guide thought leadership for a key BLEND360 client. Successful candidates will have experience managing complex, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary analytic engagements within the healthcare industry. The position requires managing a highly detailed and evolving process with multiple contributors and stakeholders. We are looking for a self-starting, motivated individual who knows how to keep calm in the storm.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Client Sr. Leadership Team on management of multiple concurrent workstreams across account(s), and support broader strategic account initiatives
Provide strategic thought leadership and solutioning expertise for key client initiatives
Manage client fulfillment teams through end-to-end deliverable cycles
Partner with Client Sr. Leadership Team to identify opportunities for cross-sell and growth within account(s)
Interface, and partner, directly with client Sr. Leadership Team on their priorities and help Blend formulate impactful strategies to make our clients successful
Qualifications
4-8 years of Professional Services experience working with, and leading, multi-disciplinary, cross functional fulfillment teams
3+ years of project management experience
5+ years of Healthcare Payer/Insurance industry experience, retail is a plus
Strong working knowledge of Data Science and Data Architecture concepts and technology
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (e.g., Tableau) solutioning and functionalities
Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience managing client relationships, especially sensitive issues
Ability to analyze problems and produce a viable solution
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals and cultures at all levels
Experience collaborating with remote team members and client
The starting pay range for this role is $130k - $150k. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
