• Conduct quantitative and business analyses for Wix management on strategic business KPIs such as conversion, churn, segmentation and customer value 

• Work with large amounts of data, building and maintaining reports, dashboards and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported

• Lead cross-organizational processes and projects to improve data and business results and best practices throughout the company

• Translate research findings into actionable, strategic insights and recommendations with storytelling, data visualization and skillful presentations

• Work closely with teams across the organization including Marketing, Product, Data Science and Finance

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

• Curious individual with a strategic, business mindset who enjoys solving problems 

• Highly skilled in data analysis and visualization, with experience in SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar

• Ability to see the big picture while still ensuring thorough attention to detail 

• Capable of owning a full data project from problem definition to data collection, modeling and reporting

• Excellent communicator who can deliver analysis results clearly and effectively

• Experience in project management, executing large scale processes or projects with multiple stakeholders and contributors

• Highest level of ownership and independence, but also a team player who is a good collaborator

We are the Management Data group, working closely with the CEO, COO and CFO to influence Wix’s highest-level strategic decisions. As a team, we drive growth and efficiency, create new business opportunities and refine performance and growth prediction models to identify potential risks. We provide data analyses and forecasts for quarterly and annual earnings reports, support M&A opportunities, and take a big-picture view of users, products, and data to guide strategic decisions in a large, decentralized organization—all while learning, growing and having fun together.
