Strategic Associate

Xantium is seeking multiple Strategic Associates (SAs) to join our distinguished team. We welcome talented individuals from leading universities across all academic disciplines who showcase intellectual curiosity, a history of achievement, and potential to address complex challenges.

SAs will work directly with Xantium’s senior leadership to contribute to the group’s strategic direction.  In their first year, these high potential individuals will drive multiple high-impact, open-ended initiatives, often collaborating with various teams. This role is designed to enhance professional skills in research, communication, analysis, and project management.  SAs must exhibit exceptional versatility, demonstrating productivity both in autonomous deep work and in collaborative settings with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting sophisticated research and analysis that informs high-level decision-making
• Partnering with senior management to develop and implement critical business initiatives
• Creating executive reports and documentation that shape organizational direction
• Identifying operational and strategic improvements, subsequently presenting recommendations directly to leadership

We will consider spring 2025 university graduates as well as those with 1-3 years of notable professional experience.  A proven record of accomplishment, strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and a yearning to flourish in a dynamic environment are essential.

Compensation:  Strategic Associates in New York can expect to earn $120,000 to $150,000+ base.  Total compensation also includes a large annual bonus which is guaranteed in year one and based on employee and firm performance thereafter.
