Strategic Alliances Manager
We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high-impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong technology partnerships and Alliances experience, have a collaborative, customer first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Own a partner engagement, revenue development through partners and build a seamless engagement for cluster of high value accounts;
- Develop and execute co-sell and go-to-market strategy at an account level in your clusters with key strategic Alliances such as; AWS, MSFT, Databricks, etc.;
- Own the revenue target for partnership in the cluster, build and maintain strong pipeline, support partner marketing and enablement;
- Work with ZS client teams, practice teams, partners and customers to drive partner engagement, evangelize ZS solutions with partners, do effective presentations/demos of ZS solutions;
- Collaborate effectively with ZS practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships;
- Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on client business for the clusters, assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred;
- 10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing strategic Tech Alliance Partnerships
- Comfort in leading sales cycles for a consulting company selling services;
- Customer-centric mind to build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry
- Ability to adapt and manage a fast-paced, changing environment;
- Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software;
- High motivation, good work ethic, self starter, maturity and personal initiative;
- Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Client-first mentality;
- Collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach.
