Strateg ic Alliances Business Development & Partnerships Associate - Intern
The Business Development & Partnerships Intern will support the Strategic Alliances team at ZS in developing partnerships between Client teams and Technology partners that strengthen ZS's market presence and client offerings. This role provides hands-on exposure to alliance strategy, partner ecosystems, and growth initiatives across consulting, technology, and analytics domains.
What you'll do:
- Support business development initiatives by learning about potential tech alliance partner and mapping the capabilities, value propositions, and strategic fit with ZS offering
- Help prepare pitch decks, partner briefs, and internal presentations for leadership and alliance discussions
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify partnership opportunities and whitespace areas
- Support coordination of partner meetings, workshops, and go-to-market initiatives
- Track and maintain alliance pipeline data, partner documentation, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, delivery, and product to support joint initiatives
What you'll bring:
- Currently enrolled in second-to-final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework (business, management, economics, analytics
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in consulting, business strategy, alliances, or partnerships
- Exposure to technology (AWS, DB, MSFT) , healthcare, life sciences, or analytics is a plus
- Familiarity with market research, competitive intelligence, or CRM tools
- Fluency in English
