Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

Responsible for sales of services and products to targeted large accounts that touch multiple branches within our Power Systems division.

  • Increase existing customer penetration through increased touch time with customers
  • Build personal and professional relationships with designated customers to maintain relationships and expand business with current customers
  • Proactively manage regional accounts to increase revenues and profits and follow upon assigned sales leads promptly
  • Manage and drive activity as well as respond to day-to-day quote requests and follow up on proposals
  • Scope of work analysis
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Prepare quotes to current and prospective clients on generator systems and related products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Maintain profit margins
  • Prepare sales call lists, targets and other activity report on a weekly basis
  • Promote cross-functional business across all TAW businesses units
  • Operate efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or five to seven years' pertinent sales experience preferably in generator product or service sales, industrial sales or related industries
  • Enthusiastic attitude and great customer service skills are a must
  • Possess the ability to build relationships at Director level and above in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills while being able to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Results-oriented, self-starter and excellent organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication capabilities and computer skills
