- Build strong relationships with customer procurement, engineering, and senior leadership teams.
- Lead long-cycle sales opportunities from RFI/RFQ through pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Be the main commercial contact for customers and explain the business value of our ADAS solutions.
- Work with global teams to move deals forward, support customer programs, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Travel within India, with occasional international travel and collaboration across time zones.
All you need is:

- BA in engineering, business, or a related field
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Experience working with Indian automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers and understanding their purchasing processes.
- A track record of managing long sales cycles, negotiating commercial terms, and building senior customer relationships.
- Experience with hardware and software programs, plus an understanding of automotive ADAS technologies.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including pricing and volume forecasting.
- Excellent English and the ability to take ownership and work independently with global teams.
