As a StratOps Associate you will play a critical role in supporting key initiatives that drive strategic and operational excellence across Turing. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Support one or more strategic initiatives by assisting with research, analysis, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including GTM, product, engineering, and data science, to align on project goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify insights, track performance metrics, and inform decision-making.
- Assist in creating project plans, defining success metrics, and monitoring milestones.
- Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges, brainstorming solutions, and implementing process improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress and outcomes effectively.
What we’re looking for:

Preferred qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, or related roles at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
- Familiarity with project management, operations, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
