We're Looking For A: Storytelling Production Coordinator to support the Production Supervisor in owning all production-related needs for the Storytelling Department, including coordinating complex shoot schedules, casting, vendor management, liaising with talent and talent representatives, maintaining scrupulous organization of all media, and numerous other needs related to production of world-class advertising content for Golden Hippo's portfolio of health, wellness, beauty, and pet food brands. This position will also be expected to contribute significantly to related production efforts, like production design, assistant direction, props, and location scouting.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Lead Producer in owning the process and execution for producing numerous overlapping, including casting, production logistics, talent relations, scheduling, and vendor hiring.
• Own production coordination logistics, including sourcing props and prop management, call sheets, production/set design, location scouting, and more.
• Maintain a roster of production vendors and ensure a healthy and respectful work environment.
• Help uphold union guidelines on sets.
• Support with maintaining proper record of shoots and location of shoots in various spreadsheets.
• Actively involved in production projects from concept to delivery
• Ensure proper delivery of all required assets, metadata and paperwork
• Maintain working knowledge of all equipment in stock and rentals
• Build and grow relationships with key vendors
• Coordinate with production team, camera team, G&E, and postproduction purchases
• 5% expected travel required

• Demonstrated ability to provide direction and guidance to leaders and foster cooperation and collaboration within teams to achieve results.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital media organization and maintenance, videography, camera operations, lighting, and signal flow.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills set with the ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and being the point of contact for set updates. Exceptional organization skill and multitasking ability
• 1-2 years in production coordination, 2-3 years preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree in Film or Production preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $24.18 - $32.26/hour, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
