Purpose of Role
Working in the warehousing team of a multi-national company that manufactures, distributes, and installs covering systems for the haulage industry. The purpose of the role is to support the warehousing team in all aspects of their day-to-day activities. This individual is responsible for handling goods and products within the warehouse including: receiving deliveries, storing stock safely, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and health & safety standards. This role will be based in Wisbech.
Job Profile Description
General:
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
- Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Using warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained)
- Conducting stock checks and inventory control
- Working closely with colleagues across the company to ensure customer requirements are satisfied, in a timely and professional manner
- Carrying out general warehousing duties

- Counterbalance forklift experience and/or license (desired not required)

- Experience working with stock control.
- Forklift licence (RTITB/AITT)
