Join our high-performing Kalgoorlie team and play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored and delivered safely, accurately and on time. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll support daily operations through efficient inventory management, equipment operation and teamwork, helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What you’ll do
- Accurately pick, pack and dispatch inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems while maintaining high stock accuracy.
- Safely operate forklifts, high reach trucks and overhead cranes to support efficient warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transport providers to ensure timely stock movement and deliveries.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety by following procedures, policies and PPE requirements at all times.
- Work in a hands-on warehouse environment, including outdoor conditions and physically active tasks.
- Permanent onsite role based at our Kalgoorlie facility with minimal travel requirements.

What you’ll bring
- 2-5 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment, ideally within a heavy industrial setting.
- Experience using RF scanners, forklifts and warehouse management systems to accurately manage stock movements.
- Current Forklift Licence and Overhead Crane Licence (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong commitment to workplace safety with the ability to follow policies, procedures and safe operating practices.
- Sound computer skills, including MS Office, SAP and email communication, with the ability to interpret instructions and solve problems.
- Additional certifications such as Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and Load Restraint, along with distribution centre experience, will be highly regarded.

Skills Required
