Job Description
- Manage, maintain, and support the
operational requirements of storage infrastructure and data protection systems,
ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Implement and administer new storage infrastructure installations, including firmware
and software upgrades for the supported systems.
- Perform data recovery activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide
effective solutions to problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Carry out backup tapes management (keeping records of all archived backups
for tracking and recovery).
- Monitor and report on capacity usage, analyse relevant documentation, and
contribute to IT support process and policy development.
- Ensure adherence to security requirements, processes, and procedures, delivering
high-quality IT support services that meet regulatory and technical standards.

- Veeam Backup and Replication
