We are looking for a skilled Storage Engineer who is confident working with enterprise storage environments and enjoys tackling complex infrastructure challenges where performance, reliability, and security are critical.
Responsibilities
• Monitor storage arrays and SAN fabrics; respond to alerts proactively
• Provision LUNs and file shares (SAN/NAS) and present them to hosts
• Manage zoning and masking configurations across SAN environments
• Support capacity planning, tiering, and growth forecasting
• Perform firmware upgrades and hardware replacements
• Assist with data migrations and decommissioning of legacy systems
• Troubleshoot performance issues (latency, contention, queue depth)
• Manage snapshot and replication processes
• Support disaster recovery testing and failover validation
• Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and CMDB records
• Produce weekly KPIs (capacity, incidents, performance hotspots)

• Knowledge of SAN fabrics (Cisco/Brocade)
• Experience with LUN, NFS, SMB provisioning and multipathing
• Strong troubleshooting skills in storage performance
• Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware)
• Strong documentation and change management discipline
