As an IT Consultant at Netlight, you will design your role based on interests, build technical solutions, and collaborate on various projects, leveraging the expertise of over 1000 colleagues.
What does it mean to be a consultant at Netlight?
It will vary a lot between Netlighters as we, around the right person, will design a role together with you. You will be starting somewhere familiar. For example in web development? System development? Mobile Development? Data engineering? It is your call how your career at Netlight will look, ranging from which clients you will work with, what role you want to take (based on your personal experience, strengths, your personal interest) and how your relationship with your mentor/coach/EDGE networks/social networks will look like.

Who you are
- A relevant Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- 0.5-5 years of work experience related to IT
- Proven Track-record from previous positions (e.g. recognised achievements & deliveries)
- Preferred: Advanced/Bilingual (B2-C2) Swedish/Norwegian/Danish
