We are seeking compassionate and reliable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with our Sisters and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and comfortable each day. Our team benefits from lower Sister-to-staff ratios, allowing caregivers the time to provide attentive and relationship-centered care.

Day shift (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.):
Full-Time – 32 hours/week
Part-Time - 24 hours/week
Both schedules includes every other weekend
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sisters with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and intake/output records and report any changes to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to Sisters
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed-Transport Sisters to appointments and activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and documentation
- Follow care plans and ensure Sisters comfort and safety at all times
- Able to care for Sisters at end stage of life
- Considered an essential worker so have to report to work during severe weather
- Chart in PointClickCare (PCC)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Long Term Care experience preferred-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Skills Required
