SUMMARY
In-house functional expert with Master Data Management (MDM) packaged software. Lead and coordinate software implementation projects while following best-practice processes. Provide planning, installation, administration, monitoring, maintenance, support and troubleshooting of Stibo STEP MDM. Manage and troubleshoot data loads, integrations, workflows, and batch processes within Stibo STEP MDM. This includes expertise with the Stibo packages that support corporate MDM functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (includes other duties as assigned):
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proactively monitor the health, performance, and capacity of the Stibo STEP MDM platform.
Perform regular system checks, health checks, and preventative maintenance activities.
Manage and troubleshoot data loads, integrations, workflows, and batch processes within Stibo STEP MDM.
Work with business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency within the MDM system.
Manage user security within Stibo STEP MDM, adhering to company policies.
Work with the helpdesk to support the Stibo Step platform
Analyze business processes and systems processes.
Recommend improvements that use standard software and processes.
Participate in implementations.
Provide knowledge transfer to non-expert level team members as needed.
Demonstrate, train, and drive solutions across the company’s facilities.
Implement controls compliant with business and regulatory standards.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree or direct experience in related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
Results driven, high attention to detail
IT and business/industry knowledge strongly preferred
Strong Customer Service Orientation
Foundation in technology terminology and understanding
Stibo platform certifications a plus
