Wir suchen einen Steuerfachkraft, der seine Karriere in einem internationalen Tech-Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchte. Der Fokus dieser Rolle liegt auf operativer Steuer-Compliance, der Unterstützung von Prozessen sowie deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung in einer komplexen, internationalen Struktur.
Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Steuerexpert:innen zusammen und kooperierst mit Teams aus Finance, Data und Engineering, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Steuerprozesse effizient, zuverlässig und skalierbar sind.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Prüfung und Einreichung von direkten und indirekten Steuererklärungen (z. B. Körperschaftsteuer, Umsatzsteuer) in mehreren Jurisdiktionen
- Überwachung von globalen Steuer-Compliance-Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern, inklusive Fristen-Tracking und Follow-ups
- Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Reporting-Themen, insbesondere bei Datenaufbereitung für Rückstellungen, Abstimmungen und Offenlegungen
- Mitarbeit bei Betriebsprüfungen durch Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Koordination von Anfragen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Steuerprozessen, Dokumentationen und internen Kontrollen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Finance-, Data- und Engineering-Teams zur Verbesserung von Reporting- und Automatisierungslösungen
- Beobachtung steuerlicher Änderungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Bewertung und Umsetzung im Unternehmen
- Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Datenqualität in bestehenden Prozessen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Accounting, Tax oder vergleichbar
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Steuerbereich (inhouse oder in der Beratung)
- Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Unternehmenssteuern und/oder indirekte Steuern (z. B. VAT)
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Interesse an Systemen sowie Automatisierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
