Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence. Able to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a statutory accounting context.
As a Statutory Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Involving in managing the external audit for countries spread within a Region. Key point of contact for communication/resolution of audit issues.
- Preparing and review of Statutory & Management financial statements and coordination of audit requests by working closely with Functional team, Business, Tax, Legal, Company secretary and Operations
- Preparing and submits audit pack to Auditors along with draft statutory financial statements that are in compliance to the local statutory requirements. Also performs analytical reviews, variance Analysis, accounting standards adjustments where required
- Managing deliverables to local authority by completing periodical analysis templates and reporting packages with quality and punctuality in accordance with the requirements
- Being under minimal supervision, evaluate, maintain and improve efficiency of financial processes
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Level in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).
- Have a minimum 3 to 5 yr working experience in external audit and in planning/ analysis filed
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP Accounting.
- Have good analytical and inter-personal skills.
- Have proficient using SAP, Hyperion Oracle, and Ms. Office User

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA
- 3 to 5 years of experience in external audit and planning or analysis
