Job Overview

As an RWE Statistician, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming real-world data into actionable insights that shape the future of healthcare. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver impactful studies that inform clinical, commercial, and regulatory decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statistical expertise and project management support for both standard and custom real-world studies.
• Design and implement robust statistical methodologies tailored to client objectives and data availability.
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses (e.g., multivariate analysis, regression, forecasting) to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through written reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define study objectives, data sources, and delivery strategies.
• Contribute to the development of new products and analytics solutions, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Support client engagements by offering methodological consultation and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  (or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience)
• Proficiency in SAS and/or SPSS; experience with large datasets and data manipulation.
• Strong foundation in sampling techniques, forecasting models, and statistical programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Knowledge of C, Visual Basic, AI methods, linear programming, and market research techniques.
