  • Develop software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

  • Keep current with emerging methodologies, regulatory requirements, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional engagement.

Who You Are

  • You have a Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or relevant field.

  • At least 1 year experience in designing experiments (DOE), analysing complex datasets, and applying statistical methods to pharmaceutical technical development, particularly in cell and gene therapy.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with statistical techniques (e.g., linear mixed models) and tools such as R and JMP.

  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA), strong collaborative skills for working in multidisciplinary teams, and great communication skills for reporting and stakeholder liaison.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, keen on staying updated with new developments in statistics and data science, and passionate about continuous improvement and learning.
