About Reducto

Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

We’ve grown rapidly, increasing revenue 8x year over year and partnering with hundreds of companies, from leading AI teams like Harvey, Vanta, and Scale, to enterprise customers across FAANG and top trading firms.

Reducto has raised over $100M from world-class investors including a16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, and are hiring a Startups Ecosystem Lead to own Reducto's relationships across the venture and accelerator ecosystem, with an initial focus on our work with Y Combinator.

Thousands of early-stage companies begin their agentic and document-ingestion journeys every year, many of them inside a YC batch. Your goal is simple to state and hard to execute: make sure every one of those young businesses runs on Reducto, and that we keep delivering real value to them as they grow from seed to Series B and beyond. You'll own the YC relationship day-to-day, build the programs that make Reducto the obvious default for early-stage teams, and expand that model to other top accelerators and seed funds over time.

This is an on-site role based out of our San Francisco HQ.

We'd love to meet you if you:
  • Ecosystem Relationships: You have existing relationships within the YC or broader venture and accelerator ecosystem, or you know exactly how to build them quickly and credibly.

  • Founder Empathy: You're comfortable being hands-on with early-stage founders and technical teams — you understand what a five-person startup needs from a vendor relationship, and it's different from what an enterprise account needs.

  • Program Builder: You think beyond one-off relationships. You can design scalable programs (credits, fast-track onboarding, dedicated support, workshops) that serve hundreds of startups at once, not just the ones you know personally.

  • Self-Starter: You're entrepreneurial and execution-focused, comfortable owning a mandate end-to-end without a lot of existing infrastructure to lean on.

  • Data-Driven: You track adoption, usage, and expansion across a cohort of companies, and you use that data to figure out what's working and what to fix.

The core work will include:
  • Owning and growing Reducto's relationship with Y Combinator, including batch onboarding, partner touchpoints, and ongoing program delivery

  • Designing and running startup-specific programs (credits, onboarding fast-tracks, dedicated technical support) that make Reducto the default choice for early-stage teams

  • Partnering with product and support to remove friction for small teams adopting agentic document ingestion for the first time

  • Tracking adoption, usage, and expansion metrics across the startup cohort, and using that data to prioritize where to invest next

  • Building community touchpoints — office hours, workshops, founder Slack channels — that keep Reducto visible and useful as companies scale

  • Identifying and building relationships with additional top accelerators and seed-stage venture funds beyond YC

  • Serving as the voice of early-stage customers internally, surfacing what young companies need as they grow into larger accounts

Bonus points if you:
  • An existing network among YC founders, alumni, or partners

  • Experience running a startup, developer, or founder-facing program at another company

  • Prior experience working at or founding an early-stage startup yourself

  • Familiarity with the agentic AI and document-processing landscape

Why Reducto
  • Impact: Your work directly shapes how the world’s best AI companies access and use enterprise data.

  • Speed: We move fast, ship often, and iterate in days, not months.

  • Learning: Work alongside world-class engineers, operators, and founders who care deeply about product, precision, and velocity.

This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco office. We’re an early-stage company, we move fast and work hard. Please apply only if that excites you.
