As our Startup Operations & Growth Intern, you'll work directly alongside the founders as the operational right hand to the business. You'll help drive growth by supporting customer success, business development, project management, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, building
relationships, and helping turn ideas into action. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while contributing to projects that directly impact our growth and success.

What You'll Do:

  • Help activate new venue partners by managing opportunities throughout our sales
    pipeline.

new leads and support company growth.
  • Conduct market and industry research to uncover growth opportunities, identify trends,
    and support business strategy.
  • Support artists and venues throughout the onboarding process, answering questions
and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, feedback, and ongoing
    support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, venues, and community partners.
  • Coordinate projects across business, marketing, and software development to ensure
priorities remain aligned and initiatives continue moving forward.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and business priorities while helping keep the team
    organized and accountable.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the platform, onboarding
    experience, and operational processes.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, product launches, community outreach, and special
    projects.
  • Help test new platform features and document bugs, usability issues, and product
    improvement ideas.
  • Attend meetings with venue owners, talent buyers, artists, and community partners
    throughout Northwest Arkansas as needed.

What We're Looking For:

We're much more interested in curiosity, initiative, and adaptability than checking every box.

    An ideal candidate is:
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out independently.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys working with customers and building
    relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excited to learn how an early-stage startup grows and operates.
  • Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Bonus Points:
  • You're a musician or have experience in the live music industry.
  • You've worked with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce,
    Pipedrive, or similar tools.
  • You have experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello,
    or Notion.
  • You've organized events, promoted concerts, worked in hospitality, or supported
    community organizations.
  • You've started a business, led a club, organized a project, or built something
    entrepreneurial.
  • You enjoy improving systems and finding ways to make processes more efficient.
  • Why You'll Love This Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders of a growing startup
and gain hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of the business. You'll have a
