Job Description:
Stakeholder Management Engineering CoordinatorQatarWhat You’ll Be Doing- Preparation of reports, manuals and guideline documents pertaining to specific handover and stakeholder issues as required by the client.
Liaise with Design Consultants and Contractors including review technical design and provide comments where applicable.
Liaise with Key Stakeholders and Authorities to ensure a smooth handover of assets on completion of works.
Provide handover and stakeholders input to weekly / monthly reports.
Ensure the timely review of all documents submitted by the Consultant and/or Contractor.
Inform the client of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
Participate in all site safety training and comply with all site safety protocols.
Provide all necessary on-site direction and work with PMC to complete the handover tasks
Building strong trust-based relationships with the client
Assist in identifying, analyzing and managing utilities agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction of those stakeholders with mandated authority on the programme as well as the projects constituting it.
Assist the client in preparing, negotiating, and agreeing required MoU’s and procedures with the different stakeholders.
Managing correspondences between the client and the Utilities agencies as well as necessary directives to the Project.
Coordinate closely with the client at program wide level to resolve and respond to general stakeholder’s issues/inquiries and ensure timely response to these issues/inquiries.
Assist in monitoring the Project delivery related to the utilities agencies and services providers against established baselines for required approvals, permitting, utility/services diversions and land ownership.
Ensure effective coordination of the team internally and with the Project to secure required approvals and assist in resolving stakeholder’s issues that affects the program delivery
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Engineering and 5+ years of related experience on large scale projects/programs.
- MME registration is a Must.
- Proficient keyboard skills and a working knowledge of MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software is required. Some assignments may require familiarity with EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) and DMCS (Document and Material Control System), or a familiarity with CAD operations.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, are prerequisites.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.
