- Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments for stairlift and accessibility product needs
- Educate clients and family members on straight-rail, curved-rail, and outdoor stairlift options
- Prepare accurate quotes and product proposals using TruBlue pricing standards
- Coordinate with our installation team to ensure seamless project handoff
- Follow up with warm leads generated from TruBlue's marketing and referral network
- Maintain CRM records and track sales activity
- Attend local senior expos, health fairs, and networking events as a brand representative
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to ownership
Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
- 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience (medical equipment, home improvement, or senior services preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust with seniors and caregivers
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Familiarity with stairlift is a plus — but not required
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM software and basic digital tools
- Background check required
