Résumé de l’emploi
Relevant du gestionnaire de l’équipe de développement, le titulaire du poste a pour mandat de concevoir et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et d’assurer l’évolution du logiciel de gestion pour pharmacie ReflexRx ainsi que ses diverses composantes. Le tout dans une équipe de développement dynamique.


Responsabilités spécifiques

  • Participer à la conception et au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

  • Prendre part à l’évaluation des efforts

  • Participer à l'évaluation et à l'identification de nouvelles technologies

  • Assurer la pérennité de l’application en faisant évolué l’architecture organique

  • Effectuer des tests et une assurance qualité

  • Intégration de logiciels dans des systèmes existants

  • Soutenir, gérer et documenter les fonctionnalités du logiciel

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et/ou externes, le cas échéant, pour résoudre des problèmes

  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes reliées à la fonction

Compétences

  • Connaissance du C#/ VB.net, SQL, 

  • Connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft SQL Server

  • Travailler en équipe

  • Être autonome, débrouillard et savoir faire preuve d’une grande créativité

  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et aptitude à faire preuve de discernement lors de l’évaluation des solutions potentielles.

Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Program Overview

McKesson’s Intern program is 12-16 weeks long, and is designed to provide:

  • A real-life working environment

  • A solid foundation of experience and hopeful offer of full-time employment

Work Term: Summer 2025; starting May 2025

Duration: 4 months
Location: 2655 De Celles, Quebec, QC, G2C 1K7

Job Summary: 
Reporting to the development team manager, the incumbent is responsible for designing and developing new features and ensuring the evolution of the ReflexRx pharmacy management software and its various components. All this takes place within a dynamic development team.
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in the design and development of new features.

  • Take part in effort evaluation.

  • Participate in the evaluation and identification of new technologies.

  • Ensure the sustainability of the application by evolving the organic architecture.

  • Conduct testing and quality assurance.

  • Integrate software into existing systems.

  • Support, manage, and document software features.

  • Collaborate with internal and/or external stakeholders, as needed, to resolve issues.

  • Perform any other related tasks connected to the role.

Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of C#/VB.net, SQL.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft SQL Server.

  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Be autonomous, resourceful, and demonstrate great creativity.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise judgment when evaluating potential solutions.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $16.56 - $26.41
