Stagiair(e) Communications
De functie
Als Communicatie Stagiair(e) ondersteun je het communicatieteam bij uiteenlopende projecten en werkzaamheden. Je krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan de communicatie binnen Organon. We zijn bij Organon bezig met moderniseren van onze communicatie en juist omdat we nog in deze ontwikkeling zitten heb je volop ruimte om eigen ideeën vorm te geven en uit te voeren.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwikkelen en creëren van content voor interne communicatie, afgestemd op verschillende doelgroepen binnen de organisatie.
- Samenwerken met externe content creators, fotografen en videopartners.
- Monitoren en coördineren van communicatieverzoeken, zowel intern als extern.
- Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van managementbijeenkomsten door informatie te verzamelen en presentaties op te stellen.
- Mee organiseren en ondersteunen van activiteiten en evenementen.
- Schrijven van nieuwsberichten, interviews en andere communicatie-uitingen.
- Professionaliseren en beheren van de beeldbank.
Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden
- Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in Communicatie, Marketing, Media, Journalistiek of een vergelijkbare studierichting.
- Affiniteit met video-, fotografie- en contentcreatie is een plus.
- Verschillende doelgroepen weet je goed aan te voelen en je kunt je gemakkelijk in hun perspectief verplaatsen.
- Proactief, nauwkeurig en enthousiast werken gaat je vanzelf af, en je durft actief op zoek te gaan naar de juiste informatie.
- Creatieve werkzaamheden combineer je graag met organisatorische en ondersteunende taken.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal goed, in woord en geschrift.
