  • Anticipate organizational risks before they become delivery issues and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
  • Improve engineering effectiveness through scalable program management practices, metrics, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor Senior TPMs while establishing standards and best practices for technical program management across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-year technology transformation initiatives involving complex organizational dependencies.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP and C-level audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical investments to measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Expertise establishing program governance, delivery metrics, portfolio reporting, and organizational operating mechanisms.
  • Experience leveraging AI to improve engineering planning, execution, communication, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading platform modernization or cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Experience building or scaling TPM organizations.
  • Experience developing engineering operating models.
  • Enterprise SaaS, AI platform, analytics platform, or cloud infrastructure experience.
