About The Team:

Replenishment Technical Program Management team is at the forefront of developing and deploying industry-leading supply chain solutions to enable Walmart to continue to drive demand-driven decision making throughout e2e fulfillment, unlock integrated experiences across supply chain operators, and reduce e2e fulfillment friction within WM’s formidable supply chain. 

 

 

What you'll do:

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to de-risk the development and deployment of large-scale, decision-supported software systems that are central to the health of the WM’s ecosystem of supply chain systems.  

  • You will work equally deeply with engineering, product, business and data science teams to deliver programs with quality and timeliness.  

  • You will plan an effort, estimate relevant resource capacity needs, align disparate stakeholders on the execution plan, isolate dependencies, produce/defend associated roadmaps and be accountable for the overall program 

  • You will understand engineering architectures, scrutinize product specs, understand business operations and have an intuition for data science models. You will weave in all stakeholder inputs into the overall program plan/execution. 

 

 

What you'll bring:

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.  

  • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in delivering significant business impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments  

  • Fluent at managing perceptions in large, complex organizations. Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, listening) 

  • Demonstrated technical bias for engineering design, concepts, services, APIs etc.

  • Solid foundation in /exposure to Product Management fundamentals 

  • Depth in supply chain domain including supply chain design, planning and operations. 

  • Demonstrated curiosity, desire to continually learn and a positive outlook when confronted with challenges. Self-driven and self-regulating. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Masters in computer science/engineering or equivalent.  

  • 7+ years as a Technical Program Manager in delivering significant business impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments 

  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain (business operations, system development) 

  • Data science exposure (certification, academic work, industry experience)

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
