Experience Required: 7+ Years
Role Type: Individual Contributor / Technical Leader

Position Overview

We are seeking a Staff Engineer in SW Systems Design Engineering to join Engineering Enablement group. In this high-impact role, you will define and lead the strategy for system-level modeling, virtual prototyping, and early customer enablement. You will also bridge the gap between SoC architecture, hardware design, and software teams, ensuring that our next-generation SoC models and prototypes are performance-optimized and ready for customer engagement well before silicon tape-out.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of industry experience in SoC design, architecture, or system-level modeling.
  • Modeling Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SystemC, TLM 2.0, C/C++ or equivalent high-level modeling, and virtual platforms
  • Software Proficiency: Expert-level C++ programming skills, with experience in Python and scripting for modeling automation.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Deep understanding of SoC architecture, including CPU subsystems (ARM/RISC-V), bus protocols (AMBA AXI/CHI), and memory hierarchies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions across cross-functional teams (Architecture, HW, SW, Product Marketing teams).
