As a Staff Software Engineer at Farther, you'll be a technical leader who shapes how we build software. You'll drive architecture decisions, tackle our most complex challenges, and guide other engineers while remaining deeply hands-on.

We give Staff engineers significant autonomy to drive technical strategy. You'll own major architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and be accountable for technical outcomes.
