SuperDial is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to help scale the infrastructure and systems behind our AI-driven healthcare products. You’ll play a critical role in designing high-performance backend services, APIs, and platform components that power real-time voice and automation tools used by healthcare providers across the country.
About the Role:
Design and implement backend services that support mission-critical workflows for AI-powered healthcare tools.
Build scalable APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure that ensure high reliability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, frontend, and machine learning engineers, to ship end-to-end features.
Lead backend architecture decisions, contribute to system design reviews, and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and monitoring.
Improve developer experience by refining build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling.
Help maintain compliance and data integrity across a HIPAA-sensitive stack.
About You:
5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, ideally in high-scale, cloud-native environments.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Deep experience building RESTful or gRPC APIs, and working with microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience deploying and operating backend systems on GCP.
Proficiency in relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB).
Comfortable working with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Strong systems thinking and a bias for building reliable, maintainable services.
