The Omni Services at IDC owns several areas of the Store Services in Digital Retail like Wireless, BPO, SIM and ACC . We are responsible for architecture, design and delivery of programs within the areas we own. We work on Backend Technologies hosted on premises , Cloud Hosted and Applications across Web, Android and IOS for Walmart US markets. What you'll do:
- Embed directly with Walmart business teams and customers to understand their workflows, uncover high-value problems, and turn ambiguity into clear technical plans.
- Own complex initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and rapid prototyping through production deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Stay hands-on across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, delivering reliable solutions at Walmart scale.
- Build and productionize AI-native solutions (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, semantic search) with rigorous evaluation, security, governance, and observability.
- Identify patterns across engagements and turn them into reusable architectures, components, and standards that let other teams move faster.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Platform, and Engineering, shaping roadmaps based on what you learn in the field.
- Lead technically without direct authority: drive architecture decisions, raise engineering quality, and mentor engineers across teams and geographies.

What you'll bring:
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable applications, platforms, or distributed systems.
