Your role and impact
Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional squad delivering digital servicing and Entity Onboarding capabilities for IB&M customers.
Shape scalable solution designs, guide complex delivery and remain hands-on across the full stack.
Build secure, cloud-native and API-led experiences while raising engineering standards and coaching engineers.
Your reporting lines
Reports to Chapter Lead, Digital Customer Engineering.
Works closely with Digital Service Excellence Crew stakeholders across product, design, architecture, risk and platform teams.
Your skills and experience
12+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack delivery and technical leadership.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and NestJS experience.
REST APIs, microservices and enterprise integration patterns.
Automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress.
CI/CD, DevSecOps, code-quality controls and safe release practices.
AWS cloud-native development, monitoring and operational readiness.
Strong stakeholder influence, communication and coaching capability.
Kafka/event-driven architecture, digital onboarding and AI/GenAI exposure are desirable.
Your responsibilities
Design, build and maintain secure, scalable and high-quality digital applications across front-end, back-end and integration layers.
Partner with product owners, designers, architects, engineers and platform teams to translate business outcomes into technical solutions.
Own solution quality through clean code, automated testing, peer reviews, observability and operational readiness.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps controls and safe release practices aligned to engineering standards.
Mentor engineers, share knowledge and support continuous improvement across the squad.
Education qualification
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
Equivalent industry experience in full-stack engineering, cloud-native delivery or enterprise software development will also be considered.
Relevant cloud, engineering or agile certifications are desirable.
