The estimated salary range for this position is $285,000 - $325,000/year.
Successful candidates with competing offers will receive matching and competitive offers.
Total compensation for this position may also include Incentive Stock Options, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.

Skills Required
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, C++, Python, or Rust
- Strong engineering prowess and ability to deliver high-quality code and systems
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and related tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to iterate quickly and incorporate feedback
- Willingness to work in-person in NYC and commit to ~60 hours/week when required
- Comfort regularly talking to and visiting customers in the field (customer-facing)

Rilla is the leading virtual ridealong software for outside sales and service. When sales reps or technicians go out and talk to customers face to face. They record their conversations with the Rilla app, and we use AI to automatically transcribe, analyze and give them feedback to help them improve their sales.
