Responsibilities:
- Own all technical aspects of chip binning from design of experiments to data analysis
- Collaborate with the Product Team to set preliminary and final product definitions
- Set requirements for the Validation Team to create appropriate tests
- Work with the Product and Test Team to correlate results with ATE
- Participate in chip design as necessary to ensure we deliver the best product
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, and experience:
- 7+ years of experience binning large chips (CPUs, GPUs, SOCs, NICs, etc)
- Ability to define and run experiments and analyze the data
- Deep understanding of silicon variation across process, frequency, temperature
- Experience with yield recovery, repair, floor sweeping, or similar
- Clear vision for how to organize and present vast quantities of data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
