Must-have Skills
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
- Front-End Engineering: Advanced expertise in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
- Node.js: Strong proficiency in server-side development with Node.js, including building APIs and microservices.
- AWS: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
- Terraform: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure-as-code management.
Nice-to-have Skills
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with additional cloud providers or multi-cloud strategies.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
